So grateful that Nikki was the buyer's agent for my recent home purchase. After some sour experiences with jaded real estate pros, I was relieved to find someone who was ambitious, hardworking and knowledgeable about the local market. Nikki was always available/accessible and went above and beyond her duties to make this transaction happen. Although I hope to call this new house my home for years to come, I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again.

There were times when I was indecisive about what I wanted in a place, she helped me pick what I needed most in a home! In addition, Nikki is very knowledgeable about the housing market. She provided me with information I needed about the neighborhood as well (local restaurants, nightlife, etc). She was extremely responsive also very level-headed in stressful situations. For instance, when I was having issues with an attorney, she was right there with a list of credible attorneys at an affordable cost. I would recommend Nikki to anyone. I've had questionable experiences in the past with other brokers and I can definitely say Nikki is not one of them.
